OPTICAL COATINGS

Medway Optics offers a variety of coating options with it's products to modify the transmission and reflectance properties of the materials to suit specified applications from the infrared to the deep ultraviolet. All coated components are supplied with coating performance curves except where specified.

Infrared coatings
AAR/AR Anti-reflection coating for 10.6µm, typically %R£0.25%
BBBAR/BBAR Broadband anti-reflection coating 3-5&~181;m, 98%T average
CBBAR/BBAR Broadband anti-reflection coating 8-12µm, 98%T average
DBBAR/BBAR Broadband anti-reflection coating 2-14µm, 95%T average
EDBAR Dualband/AR anti-reflection coating - customer specified
FPR/AR Partial reflection coating typically ± 0.5% to ± 5% depending on application
GBeamsplitter coatings from 1.7- 28µm (various options)
HCustom coating
All coatings conform to US specification MIL-C-48497
